Joel Mullis

   Data Strategist 

My goal is to transform data into information and information into insight to help business leaders and performance professionals become more effective data-driven decision-makers.  My leadership style is borne from practical managerial experience gained from a 20 year career in the U.S. Navy where I succeeded in several demanding positions included nation building, resource and source management and inter-service liaising coupled with a keen analytical insight with a grounding in execution.  Areas of interest are both quantitative and qualitative analysis about organizational learning, human capital management, training, and education.
