Joel is the first Head of Global HR Workforce Analytics hired by CBRE.  He oversees and is responsible for the design and implementation of the HR workforce analytics program at CBRE. His main focus is addressing and solving problems through assessing people information.

Prior to joining CBRE, he worked at the City of New Orleans, insurance, law and self-insured arenas as a consultant with a firm he co-founded.  In addition, he was the Vice President of National Marketing for Ringler Associates.  Joel holds a graduate degree in analytics from Louisiana State University and served in the United States Navy for twenty-one years.
